For the Roman-themed supper, I also made aliter lenticulam , which means lentiles with coriander. Pressed for time I used a recipe adapted in Around the Roman Table by Patrick Fass. (The recipe can be found here, along with a few other tasty morsels). I substituted out the pennyroyal and rue for rosemary and thyme as pennyroyal and rue can be toxic. Additionally, I used verjuice in place of the vinegar.
