Becoming a
Let's Talk Race Facilitator
Your journey to becoming a facilitator starts here
Five modules that will prepare you to facilitate conversations about race in your community
Individuals interested in advancing a LTR program should not only work through the facilitation modules with a partner but also lead a courageous conversation about race together as a facilitation team. We recommend going on this learning journey with others and finding time to discuss each module and envision the Let's Talk Race program in your community or organization collectively. Each module has pause points for reflection, conversation prompts, and planning approaches to support collaboration.
