Let's Talk About Race
Talking about race is hard!
It is a sensitive topic for many—and one that some people may never have discussed before. Like any new skill, participating in an open and honest conversation about race is something you can practice and improve upon. We have developed a conversation guide that will help kick start an initial conversation about race and equity by engaging participants in activities that ask them to explore their own thoughts and opinions about race and racism.
This conversation guide contains everything you need to facilitate a 90-120 minute discussion, including directions, notes, and visuals.
Feel free to use this as-is or copy and edit it to make it work for your audience.
