Piratethon Initiative

Initiative Description

The Piratethon Initiative plans the annual Piratethon event, a 12-hour dance marathon that raises money for the Valerie Fund: a non-profit organization based out of Maplewood, NJ which donates to the families of children battling blood disorders and cancer. The money donated to these families pays for the expenses that the family accumulates during their battle.
