Officers are always expected to hold the utmost professionalism, regardless of the situation, from the moment your uniform goes on until you take it off, you uphold the values.
Promotion
As recruits are admitted to the department, they are initiated within the cadet division. Within this division, cadets are to complete all training and ride along to reach the probationary stage. Once the cadet has shown competence with the basic standard of procedure of law enforcement, they are then ready for the officer, trooper, and or deputy status.
To progress further within the department, units will need to continue expressing core standards of procedure to receive a promotion.
Demotion
Officers that are found in violation of any department standard of procedure, may face disciplinary correction while employed.
