Dear Cadet,

Welcome aboard the LOS SANTOS POLICE DEPARTMENT of FORGED RP. We are very happy to have you here. The Academy Commander and FTO's will guide you through the training. The training is for you to prepare, improve and train whenever and to give you the best conditions to go out on patrol. The course you are taking is a 4 block course, and the FTOs at the Academy will go over everything with you. The next course will not complete any real progress, unless you have completed your first step.

Step One: Complete three (3) two (2) hour tours of duty within five days of your hire date. If additional time is required, you may apply with your chain of command, these will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Each shift will be logged on the 3 Day - 6 Hour Log and verified by the Trooper that took you on the Ride-Along in the PD Discord for them to count. If it's not logged it did not happen.

Second Step: The Academy. You will need to find the time to complete this class and pass with a 90% or higher. If you don't pass the first time you will have to retake the Academy again. Pay attention and take notes. The Academy consists of four training blocks of two hours each. To continue you will have to complete each block.

Third Step: Once you are graduated from the Police Academy. You will complete five (5) service periods of two (2) hours each in thirty (30) days with an TO patrolling the streets of the city where you will begin to respond to all types of calls. You will also be required to complete 20 reports in the MDT during this time. Once you complete your required 10 hours and 20 reports, you can request a FTO Assessment where you will be assessed over three (3) two-hour service periods by an FTO and upon successful completion of your Assessment, you will be promoted to Trooper

Fourth step: You are now a full-fledged LOS SANTOS POLICE OFFICER with all the proper authority and powers. The next step for you is to change into your new authorized uniform and rank. Then report to your supervisor to be assigned to patrol
