The Los Santos NHS was started in February 2020. This marked the move to Los Santos from the Island of Lemnos and even smaller and less known island of Malden. Upon moving to Los Santos the NHS was started by a very small number, 2, of individuals, since then the NHS has grown in emplyees and service users. What started at nearly a few hundred of service users is now in its thousands.

In the middle of June 2022, NHS Command was approached with an idea to integrate the newly forming and in creation Los Santos Fire service together under a single umbrella. Without a second thought the Los Santos NHS & Fire service was born. Melding of two different roles under a single umbrella with a whole new list of recruitment ideas and potential work.

Both units are still running strong today with NHS treating anything from small falls and sprains to gun shot wounds and open heart surgery and the fire service putting out small bin fires to Large scale hemp factory fires and conducting fire safety inspections of buildings to minor side of the road treatment for small injuries.
