What is the pay of a medic/firefighter?

The pay is different for each rank, but they are as follows:

AAP/FFD: £ 840
Firefighter/Paramedic: £ 960
Senior Firefighter/Specialist Paramedic: £ 1080
Crew Manager/Advanced Paramedic: £ 1300

How long does the training period last?

The training period usually lasts two weeks, which gives you enough time to get used to everything, a member of T&R will approach you for a feedback patrol, once the feedback has been submitted you will sit in one assessment patrol with a T&R member, if successful you will be promoted to the next rank, if un-sucessful, you will be given a 48h cooldown and can try again next time.

What are the requirements to join the NHS?

I have a complaint, who do I go to?

NHS Command → Staff leads or Management
NHS CMO → Phoenix Ashes
General NHS → CMO+
Specialist Response → Kyle Kamara, CMO+
Care Units → CMO+
T&R → Josh Fisher, CMO+

It is best to bring as much evidence you can to the person mentioned so they can effectively deal with the situation.

I wish to recommend a medic, where can I do this?

You can either do this by messaging command directly or by filling out this form

I have been promoted but my whitelisting & tags haven't been sorted, what do I do?

Wait 48h after the promotion before contacting a CMO+. They can hand over your tags on discord, team-speak and whitelisting in-game. If no CMO+ responds within 48h after contacting them (96h after the promotion), message the director.

I waited around 40 minutes for a medic before bleeding out, are you lot inactive?

No, we are not inactive, but we cannot have medics on 24/7 as the role is really demanding. Our medics have to deal with people being verbally abusive over a game and are often targeted by trolls. Besides this, we have very limited medics that can be patrolling. If the server is full and we have 2 medics on duty, that means we have 1 medic for each 175 players. Sometimes people decide to die every 5 minutes causing a medic to be stuck going back and forth causing an even longer response time. If you wish to help out, join the NHS >> here <<

I have been abused by a G6 member in the hospital, what do I do?

We have no say in what G6 does, if you have a complaint, please contact G6 command. We only have a security contract for protection in the hospital.

I am no longer whitelisted, what happened?

You most likely got moved to our inactive list for inactivity. If NHS command thinks you're inactive and have the proof with the hours and work you've done in the past month, they have the right to remove you. If you wish to rejoin, you can do this by contacting any CMO+ in the NHS with your character ID. Make sure this is the same character you got set to inactive as. If you wish to rejoin as a new character, please redo your application.

If you got removed for something else, IE disciplinary action, you'll either have to make a new character or do a blacklist appeal with the 3 members in command. If you're unsure, feel free to check up with any CMO+ what the reason for your removal is.

How do I get promoted within the NHS?

Be active and go on patrols with members of T&R. They will submit a feedback on you that NHS Leads + can see. Feel free to ask for T&R patrol feedback in the nhs-members on discord in a respectful manner, once they submit feedback on you. You will be invited by a T&R member to do an assessment patrol, if successful you will be promoted to the next rank, if unsuccessful, you will be given a 48h cooldown and can try again once said cooldown has expired
