Who are we?
Who are we?
The Operational Training Group (OTG), conduct a variety of tasks both in and out of game, that facilitates the journey of a fire fighter through the LSFS. From applications to first patrols, we are here to assist fire fighters in their journey within the Fire Service and develop their careers as qualified fire fighters so they can proudly patrol with the knowledge they have gained.

Applications - Responding to applicants put in from potential new recruits.
Interviews - Interviewing potential new firefighters for the LSFS that have been successful in their application.
First Patrol - Conducting first patrols of those successful at the interviewed stage, starting their career as a fire fighter.
Feedback - Progressive written and verbal feedback on our current LSFS to help them through their development of their career.
Trainings - Providing Building Entry Training (BET) and Safely Working at Heights (SWaH).
