The Special Emergency Response Team (S.E.R.T.)  is made up of highly trained deputies with top-of-the-line training offered in law enforcement. The goal of SERT is to provide an immediate response to specialized emergency situations involving law enforcement public safety incidents, which require personnel, coordination, equipment and training beyond the scope of regular patrol forces.  These deputies respond to everything from Barricaded subjects, to hostage situations. The SERT trains every week to ensure safety to the citizens of Los Santos and Los Santos County.
