The Los Santos Port Authority (LSPA) is a sub-division of the Los Santo's County Sheriff's Office. It is responsible for all the waterways in the city and county. The mission of the LSPA is to provide safe waters and ports for the City of Los Santos. The LSPA implements the help from the K9 Unit and the Aviation Unit. The LSPA also has Bomb Squad, Scuba Team, Port Patrol, Marine Unit, Port Response Unit, Airport Metro Police, and Search and Rescue units. The mission is to enforce traffic laws and respond to calls for service in the port and water areas.
