Virtual Background Build Challenge
This week I made a plan to exercise each day. My intentions were great. My plan was well detailed....
And I did not do it as planned. Today is a new day and an opportunity to start up my plan as I need to ensure I sweat a bit to help my mental health as well as my physical health.
The same holds true for you.
Today we build a model of excercise. Build a model of your favorite type of exercise.
However, if you want to mix it up check out the ideas below!
Many of you have built models of excercise in some shape or form during the activity build, so I want to make sure we have something different for today.
Here is an additional option:
Use your LEGO pieces to create a workout for us to complete. Here are some questions to consider
Can you create a key for pieces that represent different excercises for a circuit workout?
Can you come up with a short workout of 10-30 minutes for any of us to do that does not require any special equipment?
Can you create a LEGO excercise board?
Can you create an obstacle course or excercise challenge that we could do in our homes or yard?
How can we use everyday materials in our workouts to ensure everyone can participate?
Make a workout for us to complete as family while we are all stuck at home.
I have made this Flipgrid if it helps to explain your build and model of a workout plan. Please remember this is public so anyone with the link can view, so try to focus the camera on the build, paper, etc. and try to avoid faces if you don't want people to see. If you are not worried about that, then record how you see fit. I just want to be clear that this is a public Flipgrid.
Second, if you complete a workout plan from someone else please let us know how it went in the Flipgrid or Facebook as well. Nothing is sweeter than when someone else uses our ideas.
For me, I am going to challenge my kids to each come up with a plan and this weekend we will attempt each one as a family. It shall be interesting.
