Brevard’s beaches, lagoon, and natural beauty are best protected through strong property rights and accountability. You value our pristine coastlines. We want to defend our natural property.
The Problem: State bureaucrats protect large corporations while ignoring the damage to our ecosystem. Unaccountable officials are fast-tracking permits that allow aerospace giants to flood our fragile estuary with wastewater. Blue Origin alone is seeking permits to discharge nearly 500,000 gallons of industrial wastewater daily into the system. SpaceX also requested permits to dump thousands of gallons of wastewater daily.
The Agitation: The government forces you to fund billions in cleanup efforts through taxes, such as the proposed 10-year extension of the Save Our Indian River Lagoon infrastructure surtax through 2036. Yet, for the last 10 years, Brevard County has failed after collecting hundreds of millions of forced tax money, and they want to continue. This corporate-state cronyism actively destroys the Indian River Lagoon. Furthermore, bureaucrats push one-size-fits-all regulations that burden small property owners while massive polluters evade responsibility.
The Solution: We must solve environmental crises through strict property rights. We demand absolute transparency and an end to state-sponsored pollution. We must enforce restitution when pollution damages private or public property. We must also encourage clean technology by removing government interference, not by handing out special favors.
Our Core Priorities
Enforce restitution for pollution that harms private property.
Oppose one-size-fits-all regulations that hurt small property owners.
Support innovation in clean technology without government favoritism.
Stop the unchecked, state-sanctioned industrial discharge into the Indian River Lagoon.
Take Action: You can protect the Space Coast.
