Louisville Water is suspending shutoffs for failure to pay. If you need to make a payment, you must do so online or via phone at 502.583.6610. You can find more information for customers at: louisvillewater.com/covid-19-response.
Spectrum: If you meet the eligibility requirements for free service (see below), call 1-855-220-5211, (844) 488-8395 to sign up.
Household with student in K-12 or college
Teacher without internet access at home
Does not have a currently have a Spectrum wired internet plan or has signed up with Spectrum in the last 30 days
AT&T: If you meet the eligibility requirements for free service (see below), call 1-844-525-1574 or visit att.com/access
Household receives SNAP benefits
Household has a child in K-12 school
Cannot be a current AT&T wired internet subscriber (not related to cell phone subscriptions)
