Built in the 13^th century, Trakošćan Castle was built in a Romanesque style at the top of a hill. Today it is a museum containing original castle furniture and armory collection. Trakošćan is 1h 15 min away from Zagreb. You can even enjoy a walk in the park and rent pedals to enjoy the scenery from the lake.
