Finding the right accommodation can be very difficult, especially in a big city like Zagreb.

But before we start be aware of scammers!

It has occurred among different Erasmus students that they have been scammed while searching their apartment.
When you are in search of an apartment for your semester abroad, there might be a couple people who try to scam you for sure on non-official websites.
An example for this is: some people have encountered posts on Facebook for apartments in the Zagreb area. The posters then continue to ask a pre-payment for that apartment and later state the deal is off. Leaving you no where and police does not bat an eye.

For you, new students in Zagreb, we want you to have the best experience possible. So we really push you to use our partners posted below and not start your Erasmus with a sour taste in your mouth.

A tip to add when searching an apartment, many of the apartment you will see in Zagreb are pretty large so do not hesitate to post in the Erasmus Group on Facebook to have some co-housing done. It will make it much cheaper, and you instantly have some connections in the city!
