BIOGRAPHY ABOUT CHIEF MARSHALL
Chief Bo Marshall is a native of Paleto Bay, San Andreas. He began his law enforcement career with the Blaine County Sheriff's Office in 1982 as Deputy Sheriff. He has since been promoted through the ranks of leadership attaining the supervisory position of Sergeant in 1985, being the youngest supervisor at the time, Lieutenant working various patrol, investigative, and administrative assignments throughout the County. Chief Marshall was promoted to the rank of Captain in 2001 and his assignment was to Patrol Bureau. In 2018, he was promoted to Undersheriff under the new administration of Sheriff Mike Chapman. He assisted Sheriff Chapman with all administrative duties of the department and introduced a Criminal Interdiction Unit in the County. Chief Marshall is very known to put on a patrol uniform and patrol with his employees. In 2020, Chief Marshall retired from the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, serving thirty-eight years with the department.
After his retirement, Chief Marshall began his career with the Los Santos Police Department as the Commander of the Patrol Operations Bureau. As the Commander, Chief Marshall was responsible for Hills (North Vinewood Division), West Los Santos (Pacific Division), South Los Santos (Strawberry Division), and East Los Santos (Rancho Division) along with the traffic enforcement division.
On January 1, 2021, Bo Bubba Marshall was sworn in by the Los Santos Mayor as the Chief of Police of the City of Los Santos.
During his time as the Chief of Police, Chief Marshall has implanted effective crime-fighting initiatives, focused heavily on community engagement, and ensured the ongoing modernization of the Department's technology; all while guiding the men and women of this organization through the challenges. Even though the City of Los Santos has decided to consolidate its government, it didn't stop Chief Marshall from his hard work towards the community.
Chief Marshall attended the University of San Andreas, completing a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice. He has received numerous commendations and awards for his police service. Chief Marshall is a San Andreas P.O.S.T Instructor, and a graduate of the San Andreas Basic SWAT School.
BIOGRAPHY ABOUT DEPUTY CHIEF SHAH
Deputy Chief John Shah emigrated from India in 1988 as a teenager. He was appointed to the Los Santos County Police Department in 1997, as a Police Officer. He has since promoted through the ranks of leadership attaining the supervisory position of Sergeant in 2008, management position of Lieutenant in 2015, and an executive position of Captain in 2019, assigned as the Commanding Officer of the Internal Affairs Division. When the department reorganized into the Los Santos County Police Department in 2022, he remained as the Commanding Officer of IAD until January 2023, when Deputy Chief Shah was promoted to Deputy Chief of Police.
Deputy Chief Shah has worked a variety of assignments including patrol in West Los Santos (Pacific Division), South Los Santos (Strawberry Division), and East Los Santos (Rancho Division), where he learned community policing as a street level officer. Deputy Chief Shah improved his investigative and patrol skills sufficient to earn himself a supervisory position of Sergeant in the Hills (North Vinewood Division).
As a supervisor, Deputy Chief Shah was responsible for gang enforcement teams, patrol officers, and Department operations. Deputy Chief Shah set himself apart in the Department as an expert in deployment of approximately 10,000 employees within the former LSPD. He spearheaded efforts to embrace evolving technology to most efficiently assign employees during a time of decline of sworn personnel. Deputy Chief Shah worked with other Offices with the LSPD to ensure officers were equitably deployed to all areas of the Department.
As a lieutenant, Deputy Chief Shah was the Commanding Officer of South-Bureau Homicide Detectives. Deputy Chief Shah again used his expertise of technology to focus deployment of resources based on real-time data to combat violent crimes. At the end of 2018, South-Bureau saw a significant decrease in total violent crime. Deputy Chief Shah made it a priority to serve the community members of South Los Santos through both crime prevention and relationship-based policing.
As a captain, Deputy Chief Shah was responsible for maintaining the Internal Affairs Division where he spearheaded Officer accountability efforts during a time of heavy anti-police activity in the country. At IAD, Deputy Chief Shah was able to keep Officer integrity at its highest since 2011, with a public opinion poll showing a 30% increase in police trust.
Now as a deputy chief, Deputy Chief Shah oversees daily Department operations and helps maintain the Special Operations Bureau. He continues to develop Department and City technology efforts in order to continue combatting crime as the world develops into a more technologically based society.
Deputy Chief Shah cherished the opportunities America has afforded him and seeks to support policy that is inclusive towards all community members of Los Santos.

BIOGRAPHY ABOUT MAJOR RYAN WILLIS
Major Willis has enjoyed a successful career in law enforcement, where he began his career with the San Andreas State Police, ultimately serving 15 years with the department. Willis joined the department as a Police Cadet and went through various bureaus including, METRO and SWAT. He then became the Lieutenant of the Patrol Bureau within the San Andreas State Police, before ultimately accepting a transfer to the Los Santos Police Department as the Chief of Police. Willis served as Chief of Police for numerous months before taking a leave and stepping down to Captain of the Patrol Bureau. Willis now serves as the Major of Patrol Operations within the Los Santos County Police Department as well as a member of the Internal Affairs Division.

BIOGRAPHY ABOUT MAJOR MARTIN BECK
Major Martin Beck was born and raised with his late brother, (Former) Deputy Chief of Police Charlie Beck, in Acadia. After graduating high school, Martin and his brother Charlie moved to Los Santos in 1987. In 1989, Beck was appointed to the Los Santos Police Department and attended the Los Santos Police Academy. Beck was elected president of his Academy Class and graduated second in academics. Upon graduating from the Academy, Beck began his LSPD career working in South Los Santos (Strawberry Division). While at the Strawberry Division, his assignments included patrol, vice, and CRASH. In 1996, Beck was promoted to Field Training Officer in Pacific Division.
In 2000, Beck was promoted to Sergeant and maintained assignment in the Pacific Division. In 2002, Beck was transferred to East Los Santos (Rancho Division) where he continued working as a patrol supervisor. In 2006, Beck was selected to supervise the Rancho Area War Room. The War Room concept initiated in Rancho focused on all available assets in a synchronized crime fighting plan of action. In 2007, Beck transferred to the North Vinewood Division and instituted the War Room concept in that command.
While at the North Vinewood Division, Beck was advanced to Area Commanding Officer. During his five and a half years at North Hollywood, Beck was blessed with a strong leadership and supervisory team, a supportive community, and strong volunteer corps, as well as a staff of hard-working and dedicated officers who presided over five straight years of crime reduction.
Beck served as Planning Chief for Watch A during the Deputy Chief Charlie Beck incident and the Planning Chief for the 2022 Los Santos Shrimps Finals Champions parade.
On January 1st, 2023, Beck was sworn in as a Los Santos Police Major and appointed by Chief Marshall to be the Commanding Officer of the Special Operations Bureau.
Beck lives in the Mirror Park area of Los Santos, where he plies his most important trade, husband and father.
