Working closely with end users has allowed me to develop a strong sense of empathy, essential for crafting solutions tailored to their specific needs. This experience inspired me to transition into a career in e-learning and instructional design.

As I began creating training materials, I discovered a passion for utilizing my project management and technical skills in this field. Reflecting on my decade-long journey of training entrepreneurs, participating in Hackathons, and volunteering as a teacher for the Diocese, I realized that designing e-learning content could significantly impact learning and knowledge acquisition.
