It's reminiscent of a few years ago when I was held IN CONTEMPT of 402nd District Judge Jeff Fletcher's court because of my Facebook posts, and he said the STUPIDEST SHIT that anyone could ever say to me, which was that I COULD NOT say/post anything about what he was doing in his courtroom involving my case or my kid. So I came back to my house and created "Judge" Fletcher his very own page for me to post DAILY about everything he has done in his life, about how he used his bench to fuck my kid over, and how he had done the same thing to hundreds of children. The ONLY THING that came from that was that "Judge" Fletcher LOST HIS CAREER, because he was the one doing ILLEGAL shit, not me.

Shahaub Tafreshinejad, the son of Place 4 Alderwoman Eleta Taylor, spent hours installing remote-access and network mapping programs on a computer April 1 at City Hall, hours before Mayor Debbie Rushing was sworn into office, Rushing and other city officials told the News-Journal.
Mayor Pro Tem Charles Richoz, who was serving as interim mayor until Rushing took office, allowed Tafreshinejad to enter City Hall and install the programs on a computer in his office, according to video taken by Mike Maberry, the city’s utilities director.

If you're still wondering whether or not the HACKING of the City of Hawkins computer system was malicious, here's a little bit more EVIDENCE to show you that IT WAS. The HACKER AKA City Councilman Eleta Taylor's son created this FAKE business called "SPICA Secure Solutions" in February.
As you can read in the photos, "SPICA" is a Russian born malware virus that is put into computers to spy and disrupt shit. There is no way that Councilman Eleta Taylor's Iranian-born CONVICTED BANK ROBBER son ACCIDENTALLY gave his FAKE cybersecurity business that name.

My daughter Emily Davis was pulled over in Wolfe City Texas today at around 5:15 pm by SGT Weand of the Wolfe city police department.
I'm not trying to say anything he did was wrong or uncalled for I'm asking for advice.
My daughter is 16 years old. She's five three, hundred and fifteen pounds. The officer says that she was speeding was given a ticket for going ten miles over the speed limit.
She was pulled over on 34 by Web Hill, the officer pulled his gun and demanded that she put her hands behind her head, was told to walk back then to lay down on the ground (34 speed limit is 70 mph you can see in the video cars were going by)
She was then put in handcuffs on the ground then put in the back of the cop car.
This is my daughters 1st time getting pulled over, instead of deescalating the situation he decides to threaten her with jail time and suspension of her drivers license while in the back of the cop car she's crying and just asking for her parents.
My daughter was with 2 others, the passenger decided to pull his phone out and record the situation once he seen how the officer reacted.
Once my wife arrived he said he was under the impression that she was evading him he said that he had his lights on since the high school.
It's about 2 to 3 miles from the high school to webhill if that. All 3 people in the car said the radio was off and no one heard a siren of any kind.
Wolfe City was under investigation for shooting and killing a young man a few years ago for a similar situation.
Only reason I post this video is so that I as a parent can understand my options from here.
I really don't know if anything here was done wrong or uncalled for but I feel like this could have been handled better and could of ended a lot worse if the officer was a little more angry or just having a bad day.
I'm scheduled to speak to someone at the WCPD tomorrow at 9am. Any advice would be appreciated.

Fairfield Police Officers arrested a local man after he attempted to rob a bank in the 300 Block of Dickson Hill Road. The incident started at 12:40 PM when the man entered the bank and told an employee he would like to make a withdrawl. The man then opened up his backpack and showed the employee a gun. The employee did not have access to the vault so the suspect left the business.
Fairfield Police Officers responded to the bank and while conducting an area check, two officers saw a man matching the description of the suspect in the parking lot of a nearby business. The suspect was detained and subsequently arrested for the attempted robbery. A replica firearm was located in the suspect’s backpack.
The suspect was identified as 38 year old Fairfield resident Shahaub Tafreshinejad. He was booked into Solano County Jail for attempted robbery and other related charges.

Not that we didn't belive the Hunt County Theft Reports post , more that were are stunned that as of today, you can STILL google "Justice of the peace, R. Jenkins Franklin of Rains County Texas was arrested last night on a DWI " March 20th 2024 and Hunt County Theft Reports is STILL the ONLY news stations that have reported the arrests!
You would think that since rains county has it's own paper and with all the local news stations in the area that blast mugshots up within hours or arrests that more of the journalists would be on top of such a high profile story!!

I had a run in with some Henderson county LEO's back when the WCDA and Judge McCampbell had violated my brother's rights and shipped him to Henderson county, so he couldn't speak to his court appointed attorney before trial.
Tom Burton was the lawyer who failed miserably at providing effective counsel, like a snake.
If anyone has him as their attorney, you should know he is no different than the WCDA. He does what they want him to do, like a coward. You're better off representing yourself.
But back to my point, Henderson County isn't any different than Wood County and that statement should speak volumes to anyone following this page.

As of now, a total of 7- (SEVEN!!) crooked cops have been arrested and indicted from that area and there's more to come! We were waiting on the Truth to catch up and it did.

I'm putting this out there for "Old School Mineola", the "Hungry 8", and every other person that was violated by these predators using the power of the badge.
I would've stayed in my own county's public corruption business if they hadn't of farmed my brother out to Henderson.
I guess it was a good thing that they did looking back on it, because Henderson county residents needed a dose of Justice, too.
Former Lieutenant Lonnie Hicks messed up BIG from the beginning when he lied about who he was. And then later, when he lied about people he had arrested. He's facing felony charges now for the first thing but the second thing will follow.

This is in response to the open records request sent, for the first time, 2 years ago to the Wood County Tx district attorney including & concerning the dash cam video of Wood County pct. 2 constable smith from behind JiuJitsu sweeping the feet out from under Chris Osbourne while he was handcuffed not resisting and standing in front of a vehicle.
Basicly sucker punching a hadcuffed citizen from behind. The DA has been fighting the release of this video even though it was shown in open court.

Let me explain what is going on because Hawkins officials won't tell you.
The city of Hawkins Police Department has a city ordinance to keep the animal shelter OPEN & OPERATING.
They have not done that, which breaks ordinance, but adds financially in other depts. We will talk about that in a second...but the Hawkins PD is supposed to be operating that the same way that Mineola and Winnsboro do.
For whatever reason, they don't.
This has caused havoc for stray, abandoned, abused and neglected animals, as well as the community.
The city of Mineola is being paid a very small amount by the City of Hawkins to take in their city's animals, but unfortunately the Mineola shelter is usually running at full capacity and are forced to euthanize if they can't adopt out. That's not fair to anybody.
This arrangement without a facility update is not in the best interest for animals. If everybody wants Mineola to take their animals in, they need to pitch in for a remodel. We need a WOOD COUNTY shelter, why isn't That happening?!
That's really the question.
But this is probably why the Hawkins Police Chief is trying to be discreet about hauling off 16 or so dead dogs and they haven't told you about the dozen the PD took possession of that were still living at the time.
If they rescued them, it would be on the front page. I haven't seen any arrests pertaining to this. Has anyone else?
I find it hard to believe that something of this proportion could not have been avoided.
All we know is Chief Guy McKee wasn't at a board meeting a few weeks ago and his reason was because he was hauling a trailer load of canine bodies to "Dallas for an autopsy", when the trailer came unhooked and ran through the tailgate of the new truck that the city just gave him.
The thought of a trailer load of dead dogs being hauled to "Dallas" instead of locally, by Chief Guy creeps me out. If nobody has been arrested, what happened?
Obviously, nobody would have known about this if the Chief hadn't lost the trailer and had it run through the tailagte in public.
We don't know what happened because the city of Hawkins won't say. We don't know if the owner is responsible or if it could have been someone else. We don't know if the PD had been alerted prior and neglected to act, we can only speculate because no public info has been given. Either way, it is a very bad look for a city that is breaking it's own ordinance by not utilizing their own facilities that obviously are very much needed.
That truck was not cheap and the money spent should have went to the Hawkins shelter. Or they should have sent it to the city of Mineola's shelter!! They didn't send enough as it is.
Still, Mineola couldn't take in all of the dogs, so some of the remaining dogs are still being housed in cages at the PD, TWO WEEKS LATER.
As if the PD doesn't have a facility for them where their needs could be better met. They know because it's an ORDINANCE that the Hawkins PD operates the shelter. They're supposed to be responsible for running it. These dogs could be in more spacious pens that can be washed out, they could be let outside to run, they could be posted for adoption, they could be treated more humanely, they could see medical -but none of this is happening to our knowledge.
Anything that's hush hush is hard to trust.
Especially in Wood County.
I guess we are going to have to force the city of Hawkins and their PD to do their jobs every time on every thing and that's ridiculous. People of Hawkins have paid a lot of tax dollars towards that shelter and there's no reason that it shouldn't be open right now. There are Volunteers who are experienced enough to do it but they can't because it's the PD's.
If you want to help, call the Hawkins Police Dept and ask to adopt one of these chow mixes. If all you can offer them is food, warmth and a clean place to lay their heads down it would be so much better than what they have now.
The city of Hawkins and the Hawkins PD should be ashamed of themselves. Seriously ashamed. That's horrible mismanagement of everything. Resources. Finances. Public Trust.
The people making the decisions over there ought to be put in those cages and see what that feels like.

It has been almost 2 weeks now with dogs being held in those little cages inside the garage behind the Hawkins Police Department, instead of in the spacious heated and cooled pens with indoor/outdoor access at the Hawkins Animal Shelter.

Wood County is very fortunate to be nearing the end of the Constable Kelly Smith era!
We have experienced official oppression and learned what public corruption truly means during his time here.
We now have 3 candidates in the running to replace Kelly Smith as the Wood County Pct 2 Constable.
I think it's vital that we ask a few questions before casting our vote because I have been told that one of these three candidates are a HUGE supporter of Kelly Smith and vice versa. Which begs the question:
What would this person do differently than Kelly, if elected?!
We need to ask each candidate if they would be willing to release public information requests concerning body cam footage while on duty, if they were to be elected.
If our right to public information will continue to be denied, we obviously don't want to cast a vote in that direction.
Taxpayers pay for officer body worn cameras and we have a right to see them at our request. It's our American right. These are in place to protect the officer and the individual. If one party is unwilling to disclose these recordings, it is only for the purpose to conceal evidence, only to the perpetrators benefit and not the victim.
Footage from Kelly Smith's body camera never aligned with his official statements or the false charges he pressed against many innocent people that he used his badge to prey on for clout.
To this day, Kelly Smith still conceals the Truth about what he really is.
If I was not right about this, he would have released the videos by now to prove he had not committed all the crimes that I said he did...
But he can't do that because he is a liar and a fraud.
Let's not put ourselves through more of this if we can help it!
If a candidate is NOT willing to grant FOIA requests when their ethics come into question, they do not deserve our vote because they can not and should not be trusted.

Getting Public Records from most municipalities is like pulling teeth. And it’s most of them in the area.
95% of the time, the public servants in charge of these records have asked for an AG decision, which they have the right to do, but why is the question. If you have nothing to hide, make them available to the public ASAP.
But if you get caught with a tail light out, drive too fast down the road, have an argument where police are called, etc., these same public servants will have your mug shot and the story behind it up online for the world to see within hours thru their favorite news agencies. Shameful!!
We asked for a simple request, 7 days last year where an officer used “use of force” and an arrest was made.
We clearly had the date, the time, the place and the persons who we were concentration on listed in the request.
Yet Will Ramsay, the Hopkins County Tx District attorney claims in his AG determination request that our request is a “lengthy” and a “blanket” request. Are you kidding me?
Do they have that many Hopkins County deputy Body cam videos where “use of force” was used on members of the public in a 7 day period?

You heard if first from Bro Todd as he offers a brief description of how the current Wood County District Attorney Angela Albers came to be in office.
It's not pretty.
Go back to Rockwall county and look at the only two mentor's that the current WCDA Angela Albers ever had before Brandon Baade.
When Albers says that she has spent years working with the best, she failed to mention what they were so good at.
Her tendency to attack and accuse others for her own personal gain is documented.
What Wood County cannot afford is another term with Albers. She uses her badge necklace to violate people and continues to bend the law to fit her needs.
Her position doesn't grant her the right to violate all of our rights.
She doesn't have that authority!

We know about Albers first boss, now learn about her second one. Louis “Bill” Conradt Jr., 56, chief felony assistant district attorney for nearby Rockwall County.
After the first Rockwall County DA that Angela worked with and admired went to prison for intention theft of tax payer monies, Conradt stepped into the open position and was soon after caught in an undercover sting trying to solicit sex from a little boy.
When it was found out .....
"A Texas prosecutor killed himself as police tried to serve him with an arrest warrant alleging he solicited sex with a minor, authorities said."
These two men are who Angela Albers looks up to. They taught her everything that she knows.
This is where she came from.

Why can't we get the same FBI and U.S. Attorney to handle a Wood County Tx case, (Chris Osbourn) in the same manner where pct 2 constable kicked a mans feet out from under him from behind while handcuffed and compliant?
The wood county sheriff refused to take a complaint as well as the local texas ranger, the local FBI in tyler and on up the ladder.
All wood county texas district attorneys and the district judge have seen the video in open court. None of them have filed any charges on the constable from the date of the incident, some years ago.
The wood county DA refuses to release the video under the Texas Opens records Act, that has been seen in open court and the case is no longer under investigation.

Same QPD officer that threatened to arrest me for jaywalking from Drivers licence office in Quitman across hwy 154 to where my truck was parked.
According to city hall records there has never been a jaywalking charge that was prosecuted thru their office.
The City of Quitman would like to announce our Employee of the Month for November 2023, Officer Joseph Gatewood!
Officer Gatewood has been with the Quitman Police Department for the past 18 months.
Joseph is from Sulphur Springs, is a 2018 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School, and attended the East Texas Police Academy in Kilgore. He is married to his lovely bride; Kara and they enjoy spending time in the outdoors when he is off duty!

The PRIMARY DUTIES of the Texas Rangers are to INVESTIGATE PUBLIC CORRUPTION AND OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTINGS, but he BRAGS about "investigating hundreds and hundreds" of OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTINGS and "only 1 time it didn't go GOOD for the officer", and that one time was just because the officer knew that he had done wrong and admitted to it. Not because Ranger John Vance did his job of being a NEUTRAL INVESTIGATOR of the shooting. It is STATISTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for there to only be one time that an officer was wrong in "hundreds and hundreds" of cases. He even said that, other than that one time when it "didn't turn out GOOD" for the officer involved in the shooting (even though the officer only had to resign his position and didn't face any criminal charges), "In other words, there's a thousand other times that our officers were hu....spot on 100%".
Then Vance goes on to talk about how he would let the officers know "I'm not investigating you", just like he did in this video, when he walked up to Hawkins Police Officer Adam Newell after Newell had killed a young lady, without knowing anything about what had taken place in the shooting and said "You did what you had to do, Bub" and "You're good. David Tipps is currently being held on a $650,000 bond for charges out of Hopkins County including three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (vehicle), two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (firearm), and one aggravated kidnapping after intentionally striking a vehicle with his own, threatening individuals with a firearm during a domestic disturbance, and forcing his spouse into his vehicle and driving off. Tipps is employed with the Alba Police Department and per a statement from Alba Police Chief Juan Ramirez, has been placed on administrative suspension without pay pending further investigation.
Jessica Tipps, the wife of David and alleged victim in his charges, was arrested following a search warrant of the Tipps’ residence. The warrant was conducted by the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office and Texas Rangers in regards to the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated kidnapping charges against David Tipps. During the search, deputies located suspected methamphetamines. In a subsequent interview once Tipps was mirandized, she admitted to being the sole owner of the methamphetamines and advised that she had been using methamphetamines for approximately the last four months. She advised deputies that she snorted a line of methamphetamine approximately thirty minutes before their arrival. The suspected methamphetamine weighed approximately .65 grams and field tested positive for methamphetamine. She is being held on a $5,000 bond in Hopkins County Jail.

Alba Police Sergeant Arrested in Hopkins County
Hopkins County Sheriff Office has released the following statement regarding an incident which occurred involving an Alba Police Sergeant on July 18, 2023:
On 7/18/2023, Deputies received a call of a disturbance on CR 1149 South of the Miller Grove community in southern Hopkins County. The caller stated that he and his wife had been assaulted after picking up a female who had been involved in a disturbance.
The suspect, identified as David Tipps, observed the caller's vehicle to which his spouse was a passenger and allegedly struck the vehicle with his own, forcing the victim's vehicle into the ditch. The suspect approached the victims while pointing a firearm at all occupants and removed his spouse from the vehicle. He then forced the spouse into his vehicle and drove off.
Deputies located the suspect and the spouse at their residence. Tipps was interviewed and ultimately arrested for three counts of aggravated assault w/weapon (vehicle), two counts of aggravated assault w/weapon (firearm), and one aggravated kidnapping. This investigation is ongoing.

Am I the only one who pays attention to the all over the board plea deals that come from Wood County District Attorney Angela Albers' office and Judge Brad McCampbell's 402nd District Court? Let's look at the ones in last week's "news"paper.
There were 2 people that got 6 year state jail sentences for Possession Under 1 Gram, even though the maximum sentence for that offense is 2 years in state jail. Uncoincidentally, they both had the same court appointed attorney, Carl Day (a poor man's Logan Sawyer), who is some random old lawyer out of Irving that went to law school with former District Judge Jeff Fletcher and mysteriously started getting court appointed cases and fucking over clients as soon as Fletcher took the bench in 2017. Another person had defense attorney Carlo D'Angelo for the same Possession Under 1 Gram charge and had it reduced from a State Jail Felony to a Class A Misdemeanor and got time served and no probation.
Then you have a couple of people who were charged with Failure To Comply With Sex Offender Registration (State Jail Felony) and Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon (2nd Degree Felony) and both got 5 years probation.
It appears that the ONLY CONSISTENCY in that courtroom is that the SMALLEST VICTIMLESS CRIMES routinely get the HARSHEST SENTENCES. That IS NOT JUSTICE, and is not how our system was set up to work. SMH

Commissioners of the County of Wood, by the authority granted to the Commissioners by the laws of the State of Texas and the people of Wood County, Texas to stand and defend their rights and liberties, which are guaranteed by the United States and Texas Constitutions, we hereby declare: Wood County a Second Amendment Sanctuary County.
As a Second Amendment Sanctuary County money and resources will not be spent to enforce laws believed to infringe on second amendment rights.
January 2023 Proposed Constitutional County Resolution
Since November 2019 many more Constitutional rights other than second amendment rights have been under attack and there is a strong need to have all rights that are guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution protected by Wood County.
In the last few years, the country as well as Wood County have suffered through unlawful lockdowns, vaccination passports, and restrictions in trade and worship.
As a Constitutional County money and resources would not be spent by Wood County to enforce laws believed to infringe on any Constitutional rights including the freedom of speech, or the press, or the right of the people to peaceably assemble. It would also help protect the rights of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.

In other Wood County NEWS that you won't read a press release about, Wood County District Attorney Angela Albers' office LOST ANOTHER JURY TRIAL this week on a Possession Under 1 Gram case. You might be thinking "Why in the hell were they wasting taxpayer money on a jury trial for such a small alleged crime?", and I'm wondering the same thing, especially since the girl was INNOCENT and it was another attempted setup by the Mineola Police Department.
But the funny part of it is that Wood County DA Angela Albers knew what was coming, so she disappeared by claiming that she's having another "back surgery", when she just disappeared for the whole month of September by claiming she had "back surgery". And that her leader and pride and joy First Assistant District Attorney Brandon Baade didn't even fill in for her. They left it in the hands of Logan Sawyer, who has had a law license since 2019 and has only formally been working as a prosecutor for 4 1/2 months, even though many people (including myself) will say that he has been working for the prosecution for much longer.
The only thing that the legal team here at Eddington, Eddington, Eddington, Eddington & Associates can tell the Wood County DA's office is to EXPECT MANY MORE LOSSES LIKE THAT as long as they are willing to try to prosecute cases that they have no chance of winning, while going out of their way to NOT GET INDICTMENTS on cases like the Brittany McGlone murder and the former Hawkins Police Chief STEALING over $100,000 of taxpayer money.

On January 14th Deputies from the Wood County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop near Yantis Texas. The traffic stop resulted in the seizure of 1.6 pounds of methamphetamine.
Later that evening Deputies and members of CID with the assistance of the Texas Highway Patrol executed a search warrant on CR1858 Yantis Tx, in Wood County.
This search warrant resulted in a seizure of over 3.5 ounces of methamphetamine.
In total, three people were arrested and placed in the Wood County Jaill for Manufacture and Delivery of Methamphetamine, a First Degree Felony.

For the sake of keeping an INFORMED PUBLIC, which is something that our PUBLIC SERVANTS like Wood County District Attorney Angela Albers, District Judge Brad McCampbell, and Wood County Sheriff Kelly Cole DESPISE AND FEAR, here is a little bit of information about the VICTIM of last week's shooting in front of the Wood County courthouse.
The man's name was Robert Vancleave and he was in his mid 50s. He had 5 children and 2 grandchildren that loved him, as he loved them, just like you and I do our families and friends. He wasn't perfect, as no one is, but he's NEVER DONE ANYTHING TO WARRANT THE DEATH PENALTY being meted out by a police officer who decided that he would be both judge and jury because he was angry that someone didn't follow his commands.
He DID NOT fire a gun at officers or even have a gun in his possession. His family said that authorities DID NOT notify them of his death, and they found out by his wife seeing his truck on the news and looking into it. And the authorities WILL NOT return phone calls to his family, who are just trying to find out what happened, just like we all would. The family hasn't even been allowed to see their loved one's body. And before anyone says anything stupid about an autopsy, a long autopsy takes around 4 hours.
If the officer was justified in his actions, why are they trying to hide everything from both the family and the public? The ANSWER to that is that there IS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR AN UNARMED MAN BEING KILLED FOR THE MISDEMEANOR OF SHOPLIFTING. My heart goes out to his family and his friends, and I'm ashamed that this happened in the county that I grew up in and call home.
I've been here for 45 years and I can't name 3 other people that have been shot and killed by Wood County police officers in the first 44 of them, but sadly I can name 3 that have been killed by Wood County police officers in the past 15 months. This problem stems from what they are being taught.

On 12/25/2022 Wood County Sheriff’s Office was contacted in reference to a van driving into the water off of 154 into Lake Fork.
Divers from Quitman Fire Department eventually located the vehicle and recovery was made.
No one was found to be in the vehicle, however the van was confirmed stolen from Hinds County, Mississippi. According to witnesses on scene, two male subjects were spotted near the van and reportedly left in a white or silver older model Toyota or Honda compact vehicle.
It is believed the two subjects at the boat ramp had escaped from the Hinds County Correctional Facility in Jackson, Mississippi. The van had been stolen less than a mile from the correctional facility.
At the time of this release, it is unknown where the other vehicle is from. It should be noted that there is no confirmation of these being the escaped individuals, however out of an abundance of caution, deputies from the Wood County Sheriff’s Office as well as State Highway Patrol have been in the area since locating the stolen van.
Neither escapee has any ties to the Wood County area, however they do have ties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Wood County Sheriff’s Office is working closely with the Texas Rangers as well as the Hinds County Sheriff’s Office and any additional information will be shared with the public as soon as it is deemed possible.

My daughter, Brittany Danielle McGlone was murdered May 4, 2007 in Wood county, just outside Winnsboro city limits. Her murder remains unsolved.
There has been a suspect since day 1; he was arrested September 1, 2022 but a Wood County grand jury failed to indict him November 30, 2022. It is my fervent belief that Wood County DA Albers sabotaged the indictment despite her knowing him to be dangerous and likely to reoffend. And a sadistic, sexual predating murderer was allowed to walk out of jail.

Anyone here got any idea on why Brian Neighbors of Quitman Texas is so intimidated by me?

Aggravated Assault Charges were filed today on Wood County Texas Precinct 2 Constable Kelly Smith with the Wood County Sheriffs office. Charges are to be to forwarded straight to Attorney General of Texas Ken Paxton.

I feel for my whole life I have been lied to. I have been taught from a young age that we followed the Constitution. From the pledge of allegiance we cited throughout our years to the patriotic songs we all sang, I had hoped the words in them we so, but they appear not to be these days.
You can’t shut up most politicians while their running for office, but after they get elected, you can’t hardly get one on the phone, much less get an appointment with one.
All the promises they made while running for office soon fades away and they fall right back into quid pro quo.
The constitutional rights of the citizens in Wood County are not being respected nor protected and are being trampled upon by some of the elected officials. Some have failed to carry out their duties
The “swamp” that desperately needs draining isn’t only in Washington, D.C. It’s in county governments as well. Some local governments are corrupt and fill with swamp creatures.
Most misconduct allegations against employees or officials are never addressed, and if they do look in to them, they investigate themselves and in most cases find no wrongdoing.
Just Pay your taxes and do not ask questions.
Some abuse the power of their office and step over the bounds of the constitution. Some have no authority to legislate orders or policies, if those orders are unconstitutional.
Some are focused on prosecutions percentages more than focusing on what’s fair & just.
Some may have committed Impeachable conduct. Public officials who break the law face real consequences.
Impeachments have historically been reserved for cases in which a public official committed a criminal act. Laws governing impeachment in Texas are governed by Article 15 of the Texas Constitution. Where is the FBI? Or the Texas Rangers? Reports of misconduct have been reported to their offices. Wood County District judge, many area attorneys and Wood County District attorneys have seen video evidence, back in early 2021, of an elected officials abuse of power, which is at least DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW in my opinion, and not one thing has come of it. When will justice come for my brother after Constable Kelly Smith committed aggravated assault against him while he was handcuffed ON VIDEO?
And why do we have a District Attorney who is not concerned over the video evidence that PROVES what happened? Her feelings for the Constable should not alter justice. Kelly and my brother will eventually trade places.
Wood County provides justice for some, not all.
In three short days, it will be a full year that my brother has been in jail, waiting for justice to come. Meanwhile, the courts have postponed his jury trial indefinitely so that current DA, Angela Albers can campaign for another term in office.

Well guys, I went to the 2022 Wood County Election "meet and greet" in Yantis at 5:45 p.m. at the Yantis Community Center sponsored by The Community Chronicle and was met as soon as I arrived by Chuck Roy, Publisher, and Jim Rogers, Editor, of The Winnsboro News.
They both let me know they didn't like my type of journalism, and that I was NOT welcome as the Press or as an individual. They said they invited me and were un inviting me. I stayed until Jim Rogers called the Wood County Sheriffs office to have me removed.
Wood County Judge Lucy Hebron witnessed the part where they were calling the Sheriffs office, and asking me to leave. I asked her what she thought of them kicking a journalist out of an Open Public meeting and she replied that she wasn't my personal lawyer and couldn't be giving me advise, with a smirk.
Under threat of arrest, I left. I waited for the Wood County sheriffs office to arrive, off property. I recorded the total event and have video of the Sheriffs office speaking with me. I am also going to FOIA the body cams which was on during the deputy speaking with me. The Deputy went in to speak with the organizer, who kicked me out and I'll FOIA that conversation too. I'm also FOIA requesting the call to the Sheriffs office tomorrow,

They both just shovel out what the local government prepares for them and will not ask any hard questions on any of these candidates during the election. Just watch and see!!
If YOU want your questions answered by any candidates DEMAND the organizations holding the in 2022 elections to put up a microphone where citizens can stand in line and ask questions INSTEAD of the way it has been in the past where the organizer pretends to ask submitted questions and see if they honor your request…
If they refuse to let a citizen ask their own questions to the candidates in public, it’s all political THEATER! A DISTRACTION to keep you from paying attention to all the issues that really matter.

TikTok Timmy aka Constable Kelly Smith, and the rest of Wood County law enforcement should be looking at two significant things that have happened in Bexar County in less than a month:
A deputy for the Bexar County Sheriff's Department was arrested for UNNECESSARY FORCE after assaulting and knocking an inmate to the ground, which is the EXACT SAME THING that TikTok Timmy did in the video that was shown in the 402nd District Court last week. Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar issued the following statement: “A badge does not grant extra rights. The integrity of our profession hinges on the willingness of good cops to weed out bad cops. I commend the work of an astute supervisor, along with Internal Affairs, Public Integrity, Organized Crime deputies, and the Bexar County D.A.’s Office in making this arrest.” https://www.ksat.com/.../former-deputy-arrested-after.../
Another deputy for the Bexar County Sheriff's Department was arrested for doing an ILLEGAL SEARCH of someone's vehicle and LYING about it in his report, which is ALSO THE EXACT SAME THING that TikTok Timmy did in this case. I just found out about a few hours ago that the jury trial, which was supposed to start in the morning, for Chris, has been postponed until November 1st, "due to covid".
I was in that courtroom twice last week, and didn't notice district judge McCampbell being very concerned with covid, since no one was even required to wear a mask or social distance.
Seems odd.

We put in a request for media coverage in a court trial coming up soon to 402nd District Judge Brad McCampbell's office. Same day Judge McCampbell denied it.
What's on their website seem different than what actually happens.
I asked the bailiff if I could speak with the Judge about the decision. The bailiff told me the Judge wouldn't speak to me about it.
I asked the bailiff to go back and ask the Judge why I was denied. Bailiff came back after speaking to the judge and said the judge said to tell me he had never let anyone broadcast his courtroom and would NEVER let anyone broadcast from HIS courtroom.
Seems we were lied to. Here is a proceeding going on earlier this year that was recorded.

Today I watched body cam and dash cam videos of Wood County Tx precinct 2 Constable Kelly Smith walking up behind a handcuffed suspect, offering zero resistance, and kicking both feet out from under the suspect that was standing in front of a police vehicle, for No Reason, like a sucker punch but with a foot sweep.
Suspect went flat to ground with his hands cuffed behind his back. Wood County Tx District Attorney Angela Albers has seen video and should at least file charges on the constable for assault and battery as soon as she saw it, but hasn’t.
This act really falls under TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242 DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW, in my opinion. An attorney is looking into filing a case.
What Jujitsu technique teaches that? Pure act of a psycho and not a law enforcement officer that swore an oath to the constitution.
Wood County Texas citizens should be ashamed and we think they will when the jury sees it and we get our hands on it for the public to see.
If he will do this on camera, just think about what he will and has done off camera.

She will be very valuable in our efforts with FOIA requests in the future.
Wish all public officials were as professional and transparent as she was, but unfortunately, they are not.

On 04/19/2021, We emailed a Freedom of Information Request(s) Records involving a 02/23/2021 arrest to both Wood County Constable Precinct 2 Kelly Smith Wood County Sub Courthouse Mineola Texas thru Monica Bailey –Custodian of records and to Angela Albers, Wood County Criminal District Attorney.
As of the date of posting, we have had no response from either of them, other than Monica Bailey. Most requests have 10 business days to respond, by law.
Monica Baily Wood County Pct 2 responded back ASAP and let us know they forwarded request to Wood County Constable Precinct 2 Kelly Smith Wood County Sub Courthouse Mineola Texas and to Angela Albers, Wood County Criminal District Attorney. Thanks to them for being timely and transparent.
Cant say the same for the others.
A complaint was filed with Ken Paxton, Texas Attorney General, on May 14th, 2021.
