The Ghost-Horse Rescue

Lola Dérez is invited to visit the O'Connor family she helped on Cave Island but finds things are not as she expected in the isolated country town of Porkoopsie. Lola enters the strange world of horse ranches, gravel roads, and strange language. And she learns that her 'friend' Becky O'Connor is not in town. So... who sent Lola the invitation letter?? When Lola discovers a group of ranchers drugging horses and stealing them, she becomes their target! Can Lola figure out whom to trust for help? Will Lola escape the angry ranchers and alert authorities in time to rescue the stolen animals?
