You're here because you're curious about this book series. Maybe you've heard about it directly from me (the author) or from someone who's read one of the books. Or maybe you've seen one of my promotional flyers or posters. Whatever hooked your interest, I'm grateful you're here. If you take away nothing else from the few minutes you spend on the website, remember my mission:

I want to influence young lives for good. I want them to blossom into agents of good that will bless those in their world. I want to introduce them to opportunities and options that I've had. I want to be part of a young person's "mirror moment" or "fork in the road of life." I want to offer them a spark that will set their lives on a positive path for the rest of their lives.    

There are many ways to do this. I've chosen to reach young lives through my stories. And what's unique about my books is their focus on S.T.E.M. (science, technology, engineering, and math). That was the spark that ignited my life's work, and my mission is to connect with young people who don't realize that S.T.E.M. is going to be their life's spark of inspiration.

That's it. That's my mission summed up in a few short sentences. 

The rest of the site is devoted to details about me and my illustrators, and about the plots and characters in each book. I also ask for your help in completing this mission. I can't reach these young lives if they don't get a copy of a book in their hands. BUT... those youngsters (my readers) are probably not the ones making the purchase. I need influencers who care about young lives in your world to make that opportunity a reality for them. That's how it happened with me... except in my case, it wasn't an exciting adventure/mystery book. It was a simple chemistry set that was purchased someone else and gifted to me.
