• Classified assets are stored in restricted-access vaults
  
  

• Dual-authorization required for high-value or experimental equipment
  
  

• Surveillance and access logs maintained at all times
  
  

• Asset loss, theft, or sabotage is escalated to:
  
  

  • Control Company
    
    

  • Secret Service (if required)
    
    

  • High Command
    
    

Failure to report loss is treated as dereliction of duty.

ELOC personnel are expected to demonstrate:

• Absolute procedural discipline
  
  

• Zero tolerance for favoritism or informal issuance
  
  

• Strict adherence to documentation and chain of command
  
  

Violations include:

• Unauthorized equipment access
  
  

• Record falsification
  
  

• Negligent loss of assets
  
  

Such violations will result in immediate suspension, investigation, and potential court-martial RP.
