ELOC is solely responsible for:
Assembly of APA and Hellfire platforms
Systems integration and calibration
Prototype and experimental variant oversight
No power armor may enter service without ELOC certification.
Conduct routine diagnostics and servicing
Authorize upgrades and modernization programs
Track suit assignment, operational hours, and repair history
Decommission or reclaim suits deemed unsafe or compromised
Power armor issuance requires:
Verified operator clearance
Mission justification
Command-level approval (as defined by SOP tier)
Unauthorized use is treated as critical asset misuse
All equipment must be issued through:
Approved requisition forms
Logged authorization
ELOC personnel oversight
Emergency issuance must be retroactively documented
All issued equipment must be returned post-operation
Damaged or contaminated gear undergoes inspection and quarantine
Missing assets are reported immediately to Control Company
