The Enclave Logistical Operations Company (ELOC) exists to ensure absolute control, accountability, and sustainment of all Enclave material assets. ELOC is responsible for guaranteeing that every weapon, round, suit of power armor, and classified technology is tracked, authorized, secured, and mission-ready at all times.

This SOP establishes the authority, responsibilities, and procedures governing logistical operations across all Enclave installations and deployments.

ELOC authority extends over:

• All Enclave armories and storage facilities
  
  

• Equipment issuance, recovery, and auditing
  
  

• Supply chains, transport operations, and procurement
  
  

• Power Armor fabrication, refurbishment, and lifecycle maintenance
  
  

• Logistics-related SOP creation, enforcement, and revision
  
  

• Asset loss-prevention and investigative cooperation
  
  

ELOC personnel operate under direct mandate from Enclave High Command and may suspend or deny equipment access for any unit found non-compliant.
