ELOC directives supersede all divisional logistics policies unless overridden by High Command.

4.1 Inventory & Armory Control

• Maintain centralized records of all weapons, armor, ammunition, and advanced assets
  
  

• Authorize all armory access and equipment withdrawals
  
  

• Conduct scheduled and surprise inventory audits
  
  

• Flag discrepancies, shortages, or unauthorized access immediately
  
  

4.2 Supply Chain & Distribution

• Manage acquisition, storage, transport, and deployment of supplies
  
  

• Coordinate logistics for operations, deployments, and base defense
  
  

• Ensure frontline and support units receive standardized loadouts
  
  

• Deny requisitions that violate doctrine or authorization protocols
  
  

4.3 SOP Governance
