There are three categories of registration to select from. All three categories cover the cost of attending, such as coffee, meals, and the conference dinner. Please do not click on the discounted registration unless you are also attending SOHOMA because you will be unable to complete the booking. If you are also attending SOHOMA see the details below.

• Academic (£200 early bird, £300 standard) – Choose this registration if you have an accepted paper for the workshop. This is for attendees presenting a paper or poster at the LoDiSA workshop.

• Student (£150 early bird, £200 standard) – Choose this if you are a student attending the workshop and have an accepted paper. This is for attendees who will be presenting a paper or poster at the workshop who are students (PhD, Master's, undergraduate) at any higher education institution.

• Attendee-Only (£130 early bird, £150 standard) – Choose this if you are only attending the workshop and do not have an accepted paper. This fee covers meals and attendance only, not the publications.

Presenting more than one paper?

If you are presenting more than one paper (paper or poster) at LoDiSA, please select the Additional Paper add-on when you register, costing £100 for each extra paper. Each presenter can present only two papers. This will look like the option below.

Attending SOHOMA as well?
If you are attending SOHOMA as well, select the same registration categories but with the  Discounted at the front. In order to process a discounted registration, you must already have registered for SOHOMA. After doing this, you will receive a confirmation passcode - please do not share this with others. The passcode will be required to complete your LoDiSA booking.

You must pay the full (non-discounted) registration fee for at least one workshop, either SOHOMA or LoDiSA. If you have submitted a paper to one workshop but not the other, you should pay the full registration fee for the workshop you will be presenting at.

Please note the EarlyBird registration deadline for both conferences is 14th June 2026.
