Transport to Institute for Manufacturing
Parking - Should you require parking at the IfM, please use car park 8 on Charles Babbage Road (What three words - ///coffee.fills.haven). If the barrier is down, please use code 9103 for access.
Local Bus - The U bus stops just outside our building and runs every 15-20 minutes.
Walking - It takes about 30 minutes to walk into the centre of Cambridge from the IfM. Depending on the weather, the walk can be quite nice.
There is no set template for the presentation. Presentations should be 10 minutes long, leaving 5 minutes for questions. The timings are strict, and the chair of the session may stop the presentation if it runs too long. A sign will be held up to let you know when you have one minute left.
Please bring your slides on a USB/laptop or reply to this email with them. On the day, your slides will be collected by the conference administrator and uploaded to the venue computer before your session. This avoids swapping between computers during the event.
All poster presenters should already have been notified of the instructions, but please let us know if you have not received details.
