Locksmeade Development Map
There are 88 houses on the development squeezed into a very small area. Here is a original plan map of the development as supplied by the developer Ferndale Homes. It clearly shows the areas for which the company is responsible. These areas are shown in a red crosshatch; council adopted areas are in blue and private property left blank. Within those red areas are visitor parking spaces (highlighted in violet). Effectively they are bits of company land and are available for all of us. Allocation of those spaces cannot, and is not be controlled by the company.
The map also shows which boundary fences are owned and are the responsibility of each home owner. Ownership is indivated by a ‘T’ on the boundary line, whose tail points inwards to the property that is responsible for that particular fence.
