LLAC Swim Families
It is with a heavy heart that we will be closing our pool doors beginning October 1st. The LLAC pool is being decommissioned for a variety of reasons and subsequently will be ending all of our Aquatics Programs. We thank you all for swimming for us over the years, it has been a joy to watch your kiddos grow as swimmers over the years. We will miss you all!

Reminder: We do NOT provide partners for Semi-Private (2:1) or Triple-Private (3:1) lessons, all spots must be filled at the time of registeration. If all spots are not filled within 48 hours, we reserve the right to adjust the lesson to reflect the number of swimmers enrolled and bill for the remainder. This can be siblings, cousins, friends, ect.
All private lessons are interchangable. If there is a spot available for a private lesson, and you want to register for a Semi-Private lesson, email us at llacswim@gmail.com, and we can adjust the lesson online for you!
If you have a group of four kids you want to register in the same class, we can create a class for a Private Group class upon request. Losing one of those swimmers without an additional filling the spot will result in the class changing to reflect the number of swimmers.
In the app, go to the "BOOKING" tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
Select "Find A Class"
Select the student you wish to enroll (or add a new student!) then select the "See Classes" button
You can filter for Class Days, Levels, Lesson Programs (Group, Private, Semi-Private, etc), and even instructors to see which classes are available
Select "Enroll Now" to add the class to your cart, and either continue to checkout or search for more class enrollments
NOTE: Enrolling in a new class does NOT unenroll you from any current classes you may be registered for, and is not considered a transfer enrollment. To unenroll a student from a class, please refer to the Cancel Your Registration policies.
If you miss any of your scheduled class days, we do offer make up lessons.
For TWICE a week lessons: You may receive up to TWO makeup tokens every month
For ONCE a week Saturday lessons: You may receive up to ONE makeup token every month
This policy is one you are asked to agree to at registration.
To Receive Your Makeup Token:
Email the Aquatics Department @llacswim either before or on the date of absence, stating your child's name, the day they will be missing class, the reason for their absence, and your request for a makeup token.
After we receive your response, our Aquatics Manager will add the token(s) to your account. You then have 60 days to schedule your makeup lesson before the token expires. You will not be eligible to receive a new makeup token if you miss your scheduled makeup class unless you still have one more left for the month.
To Schedule Your Makeup Lesson:
This can be done either online or in the iClassPro mobile app
In the app, go to the "ACCOUNT" tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
Go to the student who had the makeup token added to their account (Select the blue bubble with their First and Last initial) and select the MAKEUPS tab
If you have an available token, there will be an option to USE TOKEN; select this to see all available class options and dates for your makeup class. You can change the date of the class in the top navigation bar
Select the class you want, then select the blue USE TOKEN button to be enrolled into the class for that one spot.
If you go back to the MAKEUPS tab, you can see all of your "spent tokens" and all of the information for the spot you registered for. If you accidentally clicked to register for a spot, please email us within 24 hours to get this changed. After the 24-hour mark this spot can't be changed.
We will no longer be offering credits for missed classes or prorating your registration for missed classes due to future vacations.
From the mobile app, you can view your child's progress at any time, including skill evaluations and notes from the instructors, as well as what class levels they have completed.
In the app, go to the "ACCOUNT" tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
Select "Evaluations" under the student who's progress you'd like to view
Under the LLAC Swim Lessons drop-down, you will see all of our class levels from Parent-Tot to Swim Team Prep
If a level has a green checkmark to the right of it, that means they have passed the level!
If you select the dropdown for a class level, you will see each skill they need to pass and 3 stars
★ = Learning
★★ = Progressing
★★★ = Mastered
All instructors have a list of how progressed in the skill each swimmer needs to be to earn that star; if you are interested in learning more feel free to ask your child's instructor after class for more specifics.
If your child has moved up a class level, or you are looking to switch the days your classes are; you can REQUEST a transfer online or in the mobile app!
In the app, go to the "ACCOUNT" tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
Select "Enrollments" under the childs whose enrollment you'd like to transfer
At the bottom of an active class description, there will be an option to "Transfer Enrollment"
Find a class you'd like to transfer to and select it
Select the day you would like the transfer to take place, add a note as to why you're interested in a transfer if needed, and submit the request
We will approve all requests within 48 hours! If the class is available now, you can start immediately on your chosen start date! If the class has a waitlist, you will remain in your current class until a spot becomes available, unless you cancel via email while you wait.
Transfers are only available within the program of your current enrollment! For example if you are enrolled in a group class, you can change the class level, days, or time you are enrolled in, but you are unable to change to a private or semi-private lesson. If you would like to switch class PROGRAMS, please email the Aquatics Department to go about making the change without needing to cancel your enrollment entirely.
You are NOT able to cancel your registration in the iClassPro mobile app or online. We will only accept cancelation requests via email. Please go to Policies / Information to see more on how to unenroll from our Swim Lesson Program
