How It Works
Please arrive 3-5 minutes before class is supposed to start! We have changing rooms and lockers available if needed.
On your first day of class, the instructor will do a full evaluation of your swimmer(s). This will be reflected in their skills section of your iClassPro mobile app so you can see which of our class levels they are currently at. If they are in a group class, but should be at a different level, we can help you find a different class better suited to their skill level.
When your child moves up a class level, you will recieve a notification email and printable certificate. If they are in a private lesson, we will continue to work with them at that next skill level. If they are in a group class, you can go ahead and request a transfer to a class at the next skill level (or if the entire class moves up, we will bump the entire class up to the next level in the same class spot).
ALL of our swim lessons are year-round and auto-billed from month to month on the 1st. We offer rolling enrollment, meaning you can enroll at anytime during the month, and your first month's tuition will reflect the remaining number of class days in the month.

Pods
About The Pods
On the iClassPro Mobile App, your child's class will have a listed "Zone" with a pod number. This will correspond with a sign on the side of the pool deck. Before their class, kids can line up behind their pod sign. At the start of class, the instructor will meet you at their pod sign. They will call out names from their roster and help all the kiddos hop into the pool.
If you are LATE to class, have your child wait at their pod sign to get their instructor's attention.
Policies
Auto Enrollment
ALL OF OUR SWIM LESSONS ARE AUTO-ENROLLED FROM MONTH TO MONTH
This includes ALL of our group, private, semi-private, parent-tot, and swim team prep classes.
Billing occurs on the 1st of every month! We have an open enrollment system, so you are able to register for classes at any time, and your registration cost will be prorated for the first month to reflect the number of classes left in the month.
This is a policy you are asked to agree to before you are allowed to register for our swim lesson program. Please refer to our cancelation policies below to ensure you are not continuously billed.
Make Up Policies
If you miss any of your scheduled class days, we do offer make up lessons.
For TWICE a week lessons: You may receive up to TWO makeup tokens every month
For ONCE a week Saturday lessons: You may receive up to ONE makeup token every month

To Receive Your Makeup Token:
Email the Aquatics Department at llacswim@gmail.com either before or on the date of absence, stating your child's name, the day they will be missing class, the reason for their absence, and your request for a makeup token.
After we receive your response, our Aquatics Manager will add the token(s) to your account. You then have 60 days to schedule your makeup lesson before the token expires. You will not be eligible to receive a new makeup token if you miss your scheduled makeup class unless you still have one more left for the month.
To Schedule Your Makeup Lesson:
This can be done either online or in the iClassPro mobile app
In the app, go to the "ACCOUNT" tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
Go to the student who had the makeup token added to their account, and select the MAKEUPS tab
If you have an available token, there will be an option to USE TOKEN; select this to see all available class options and dates for your makeup class. You can change the date of the class in the top navigation bar
Select the class you want, then select the blue USE TOKEN button to be enrolled into the class for that one spot.
If you go back to the MAKEUPS tab, you can see all of your "spent tokens" and all of the information for the spot you registered for. If you accidentally clicked to register for a spot, please email us within 24 hours to get this changed. After the 24-hour mark this spot can't be changed.
We will no longer be offering credits for missed classes or prorating your registration for missed classes due to future vacations.
IF YOU HAD A CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT WITH OUR OLD SYSTEM (TEAM UNIFY) PLEASE CONTACT US TO GET THAT CREDIT ADDED TO YOUR NEW ACCOUNT. I have a list of all credits that were remaining.
1:1, 2:1, 3:1 Class Sizes
Any form of private lesson can be easily interchanged to another form of a private lesson as long as the class is available to register for an open spot now. Please email our Aquatics department in order to request this class be changed for you!
We DO NOT provide partners for Semi-Private and Triple-Private lessons. All spots are required to be filled at the time of registration. This can be a sibling, friend, cousin, ect. We reserve the right to adjust classes to reflect the number of students actively enrolled, and if all spots are not filled, will be adjusted automatically after 48 hours unless we receive notice from you.
Cancelation and Lesson Withdrawal
To cancel your auto-enrollment, you must EMAIL the aquatics department at llacswim@gmail.com before the last day of the current month. We will only accept cancelation requests via email.
You CAN request an end date to be ANY date for the following month.
For example, you can request that all charges stop beginning of the first. OR, you can request that your last day be the 15th (where you will only receive a partial charge for the next month for all class days up until your last day of class.
You can submit a withdrawal as far in advance as you'd like!
For example, if you register for classes in January and know you will need to unenroll in May, you may submit that request at any time via email.
IF you want to cancel but do NOT do so before the 1st of the month, you will be charged for the entirety of the following month, and your cancelation will only be eligible for the month following.
Class Changes / Leveling Up
If your child has moved up a class level, or you are looking to switch the days your classes are; you can REQUEST a transfer online or in the mobile app!
In the app, go to the "ACCOUNT" tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
Select "Enrollments" under the childs whose enrollment you'd like to transfer
At the bottom of an active class description, there will be an option to "Transfer Enrollment"
Find a class you'd like to transfer to and select it
Select the day you would like the transfer to take place, add a note as to why you're interested in a transfer, and submit the request
We will approve all requests within a few days (barring any issues we have on our end), but you will need to wait until you receive an email that your transfer was approved
Transfers are only available within the program of your current enrollment! For example, if you are enrolled in a group class, you can change the class level, days, or time you are enrolled in, but you are unable to change to a private or semi-private lesson. If you would like to switch class PROGRAMS, please email the Aquatics Department to go about making the change without needing to cancel your enrollment entirely.
