Welcome to Liwaxs Granth Records. By accessing, streaming, downloading, or otherwise interacting with any audio assets or digital content distributed by Liwaxs Granth Records LLC and our distribution partner (RouteNote), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our catalog.

1. Intellectual Property & Catalog Ownership

You acknowledge and agree that all audio assets, master recordings, underlying musical compositions, lyrics, visual designs, cover arts, metadata, and digital contents associated with Liwaxs Granth Records are strictly our exclusive intellectual property.

These works are legally registered, title-verified, and globally protected under international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention, the Universal Copyright Convention (UCC), and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to listen to our content on authorized digital service providers (DSPs), but you are granted no ownership or exploitation rights whatsoever.

2. Digital Rights Management (DRM) & Enforcement

By interacting with our catalog, you consent to our automated tracking and rights management protocols. We enforce our rights through advanced, cloud-based digital fingerprinting managed via RouteNote.

• Global Asset Tracking: Our catalog is permanently indexed across all major DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, Tencent, etc.).

• Content ID & Audio Fingerprinting: Any unauthorized upload or background synchronization on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitch will trigger immediate detection.

• Automated Punitive Action: Detected infringements will result in automated copyright claims, immediate monetization redirection to our label, or permanent digital takedown orders (DMCA strikes) without prior warning.

3. Strictly Prohibited Actions

Our global distribution does not place our music in the public domain, nor does it offer Creative Commons usage. Unless you possess an official, physically countersigned license from Liwaxs Granth Records executive management, you agree not to engage in the following:

• Secondary Distribution: Re-uploading full tracks or creating derivative works (including "sped-up," "slowed + reverb," "lo-fi edits," or "nightcore" versions) to platforms like YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or Audiomack.

• Asset Sampling & Exploitation: Ripping or using specific stems, vocal chops, synth melodies, drum arrangements, or MIDI patterns for "type beats," free instrumentals, or commercial music production.

• Format Shifting: Extracting, converting, or downloading our digital streams into unencrypted file formats (MP3/WAV/FLAC) for secondary hosting, peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing, or unauthorized archiving.

4. Metadata Integrity & Anti-Piracy

You agree not to alter, remove, or manipulate our metadata. Any attempt to re-distribute, re-license, or sub-license our musical works under a false artist name, altered title, or fraudulent record label is legally classified as Digital Piracy and Metadata Fraud.

Engaging in this will trigger priority global takedown requests, immediate asset freezing, and the permanent suspension of your DSP and store profiles.

5. Licensing & Clearances

We retain exclusive rights over all synchronization (independent films, gaming content, web series) and official remix clearances.

• Formal Submissions: All licensing inquiries must be routed through the official corporate channels of Liwaxs Granth Records.

• Legal Nullity: Verbal agreements, social media direct messages (DMs), or informal chat logs do not constitute a valid legal clearance, copyright waiver, or binding license.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By using our content, you accept that content removal, account strikes, and financial monetization claims are handled autonomously via automated software. To avoid permanent copyright strikes or financial liability, you must ensure all assets are fully cleared and contractually licensed prior to any use.
