1. Intellectual Property & Catalog Ownership

All audio assets, master recordings, underlying musical compositions, lyrics, visual designs, cover arts, metadata, and digital contents distributed through this platform or any affiliated networks are the exclusive intellectual property of Liwaxs Granth Records LLC. These works are fully registered, title-verified, and monitored under international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention, the Universal Copyright Convention (UCC), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and global intellectual property regulations.

2. Digital Rights Management (DRM) & Automated Content Identification

Liwaxs Granth Records utilizes advanced, cloud-based digital fingerprinting technologies and automated rights management tools managed directly through our global distributor, RouteNote.

• Global Asset Tracking: Our entire catalog is permanently indexed and tracked across all major Digital Service Providers (DSPs) including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, Tencent, and regional streaming infrastructures.

• Content ID & Audio Fingerprinting: Any unauthorized upload, background synchronization, or streaming usage of our audio assets on third-party platforms (including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitch) will trigger immediate, automated identification by Content ID nodes.

• Enforcement Actions: Detected infringements will immediately and automatically receive punitive action, including but not limited to: automated copyright claims, immediate monetization redirection to Liwaxs Granth Records, or permanent digital takedown orders (DMCA strikes) without prior notice.

3. Absolute Prohibition of Unauthorized Usage

Global digital distribution via RouteNote does not grant public domain access or creative commons usage. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a direct violation of international law, unless backed by an official, physically countersigned catalog license from the Liwaxs Granth Records executive management:

• Secondary Distribution: Re-uploading full tracks, or generating derivative works (including "sped-up," "slowed + reverb," "lo-fi edits," or nightcore versions) to secondary platforms including YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or Audiomack.

• Asset Sampling & Exploitation: Utilizing specific stems, vocal chops, synth melodies, drum arrangements, or MIDI patterns for "type beats," free instrumentals, or commercial music production.

• Format Shifting: Extracting or converting our digital streams into unencrypted file formats (MP3/WAV/FLAC) for secondary hosting, peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing, or unauthorized archives.

4. Metadata Integrity & Anti-Piracy Framework

Our global distribution infrastructure enforces strict metadata compliance. Any attempt to re-distribute, re-license, or sub-license our musical works under an altered artist name, false title, or fraudulent record label name is legally classified as Digital Piracy and Metadata Fraud. Such activities will trigger a priority global takedown request across all active DSP networks, immediate asset freezing, and permanent suspension of the infringing entity's accounts and store profiles.

5. Jurisdictional Licensing & Legal Inquiries

Liwaxs Granth Records retains exclusive rights over all synchronization (independent films, gaming content, web series) and official remix clearances.

• Formal Submissions: All licensing inquiries must be formally submitted through the official corporate channels of Liwaxs Granth Records.

• Legal Nullity: Verbal agreements, social media direct messages (DMs), or informal digital chat logs do not constitute valid legal clearance, a copyright waiver, or a binding license.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE NOTICE: Content removal, account strikes, and financial monetization claims are handled autonomously via automated rights management software. To prevent permanent copyright strikes, financial liability, or immediate account restrictions on your streaming profiles, ensure all assets are fully cleared and contractually licensed prior to distribution.
