OFFICIAL ARTIST EVALUATION PROTOCOLS

To maintain operational efficiency and ensure our A&R division evaluates each profile under optimal conditions, all independent artists, producers, and songwriters must strictly adhere to the following institutional criteria:

• ARTISTIC IDENTITY & VISION: We do not look for casual content creators. Applicants must demonstrate a definitive creative direction, a clear aesthetic concept, and an uncompromising long-term musical blueprint.

• VISUAL & CULTURAL ALIGNMENT: Liwaxs Granth Records operates on a highly specific, cinematic, and alternative sub-culture. Your digital presence, branding, and imagery must align with the dark, atmospheric, and elevated aesthetic standards of our corporate roster.

• PORTFOLIO ACCESSIBILITY: Ensure all social media handles, portfolio links, or previous catalog references provided in the portal are active, public, and readily accessible. Restricted profiles or dead links will result in immediate administrative disqualification.

• INITIAL STAGE PROTOCOL: Do not submit unmastered demos, raw tracks, or file attachments via this portal. This initial phase is strictly dedicated to profile vetting, branding evaluation, and cultural compatibility checks. Unsolicited music links sent at this stage will not be processed.
