Small order fee: A fee that applies to food orders less than the restaurant's minimum. It is capped at [Currency] [Amount] based on each and every country but can be removed by adding more items to the order.

The Small Basket fee has been launched in UAE - Specific Emarites (Not all Emarites) & Iraq.
Customers using the talabat app are able to clearly see how their fees are calculated based on their orders.
SBF is a flat charge that will be applied to orders below given threshold before applying discounts
SBF will be a fee charged when the basket size is below the minimum order value required to complete the order and will be applicable only on TGO orders.
Small Basket Fee also introduces a concept of Soft MOV and Hard MOV:
Hard MOV - orders below Hard MOV can’t be placed
Soft MOV - a basket value threshold that has to be reached to avoid SBF
