Note:

• If the order is cancelled on wrong cancellation reason, change the reason from BOA.

• In case of refund, cancel the order from BOA with the right cancellation reasons.

• If the cancellation reason is not clear and the customer wants to know the cancellation reason, we will call the restaurant.

*** We  rescue the orders for Talabat  and Carriage except for OT2 we will follow the below process.
