Use (100) instead of (10) in case the mobile number on BOA exists without (0).
Use 10 while dialing any hotline number.
For the Landline dialing, every governorate has its code as shown
If the hotline number starts with 000, we should remove 000 and add the required prefix to call the number

If we found that the customer is using an international number we MUST check if the number is from one of the other countries that we serve below, we will remove the country code and dial the number using the original country prefix
EX: Kuwaiti customer located in UAE, we will remove the country code +965 and dial the number using the Kuwait Prefix
