Notes:

• If the order will be cancelled, we need to call the restaurant and inform them about the cancellation.

Contact Drivers:

• If delivered: Live Order Process -> Order Status -> Order Marked as delivered but didn't receive

In case of Cancellation:

• If cancelled within delivery time:

Contact Driver: Live Order Process -> Cancellation -> Request: Order will take longer than expected

Cancellation Reason: Unprofessional behavior from driver.

• If cancelled after delivery time - Rider Mistake:

Contact Driver: Live Order Process -> Cancellation -> Request: order is late, does not want to wait

Cancellation Reason: Unprofessional behavior from driver.

• If cancelled due to customer mistake:

Contact Driver: Live order process >> Cancellation >> Order modification not possible

Cancellation Reason: Incomplete/Wrong Address
