How the customer can subscribe?

General Information for UAE:

• Subscription Fees: 29 AED/Month

• Membership is available for UAE customers only and for IOS users & Android Users. - Fully Launched.

• Benefits: For every order with a  basket value of (order start from) 30 AED and above for Food deliveries & Speciality Stores "Selected Vendors", and 30 AED for t-Mart & 80 AED for NFVs (groceries, pharmacies, cosmetics, flowers, electronics and pets), the customer will get:

1. Free Delivery.

2. Earn 2X points on every order delivered by talabat and get access to an exclusive rewards catalog -  Members earn 4 points for 1 AED spent on tPro orders .

• Service fee is now included based on the basket value of the order. 

• New customers will enjoy 14 days of free trials and they will be able to enjoy the t-Pro benefits, On the last day of the trial, tPro customers will be charged 29 AED and will be renewed every month afterwards, unless they stop their auto-renewal. 

• If the  subscribes to tPro’s free trial & then cancel their subscription, they will lose their benefits immediately 

• Starbucks, the beloved pro vendor dropped out from Pro in KW and UAE, and we will Fill out the t-Pro Escalation Form, DO NOT MENTION TO THE CUSTOMER THAT HE WILL BE COMMUNICATED BY THE T-PRO TEAM AS WE NEED TO FILL THE FORM AS AN FYI ONLY.

• New Customers can choose between (exclude the selected 250,000 customers):

  1. 1.  A short-term 1-month plan =  29 AED per month.

     2. A longer-term 12-month plan = 228 AED for 12 months.

• Customers can compare these plans on the Talabat app under Account ＞Subscriptions

• Existing t-Pro Customers: will not be able to see the new 12 Months Subscriptions plan, and the Upgrade option is not available, so if the existing t-Pro customer ONLY asked how they can upgrade/subscribe to the 12 months plan we will follow the below:

  1. 1. Ask the customer to unsubscribe from their current plan.

     2. Go to the application and select tPro, follow the subscription process and select the 12-month plan.

     3. It's better to follow the above steps before the renewal cycle.

     4. Fill out the t-Pro Escalation Form, DO NOT MENTION TO THE CUSTOMER THAT HE WILL BE COMMUNICATED BY THE T-PRO TEAM AS WE NEED TO FILL THE FORM AS AN FYI ONLY.

• If the new customer requested to downgrade from the 12-month plan to the 1-month plan, we will inform the customer Only when the current subscription  "the 12 months" ends, then he could be able to downgrade in his next renewal cycle

Ex: A customer subscribed to the 12-month plan on Sep.10, 2022, he needs to unsubscribe and wait till the end of the cycle on Sep.9, 2023, to be able to subscribe to the 1-month plan. 

• Cancellation: Customer can cancel anytime, the full 12-month cycle will run, we will just not automatically renew it next time, but the customer will not get a refund unless s/he requested the refund within the first 15 days of the subscription deduction date. 

• Refund: the customer can request his refund during the first 15 days(2 weeks) from the subscription deduction date, If the customer requests his annual refund after the first 15 days (2 weeks) we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

Since your renewal this month happened before the date of the price change (27th June), you were charged AED 39.

Your membership will be renewed automatically at only AED 29 on your next billing date as per your renewal cycle every month. So instead of paying AED 39 every month, you will only be charged AED 29 per month, effective from your next renewal date.

As a token of our appreciation for your loyalty, we have issued AED 10 as talabat credits in your wallet for you to enjoy AED 29 as your talabat pro membership fee for this month as well.
