For UAE: Service Fees is now included, so we need to check if the customer is complaining that he got charged for service fees or delivery fees.
If the customer was asking about the service fees, inform the customer that:
Service fee is not the delivery fee
The delivery fee is waived off for tpro customer
Service fee is not a fixed fee and is calculated based on basket value and distance from the restaurant

Please note that the customers will receive their reward points after 7 business days maximum from placing an eligible order
Steps to check the points history:
1- Go to Rewards
2- Check View history tab.
We are discontinuing coffee in UAE & Kuwait and we will use the below if the customer asked/complained that s/he cannot redeem/avail the free coffee and fill out the t-Pro Escalation Form
UAE:
We are discontinuing coffee in UAE by Dec. 13
Kuwait:
we will shut it down completely on the 15th of December
