How the customer can subscribe?
For Kuwait Customers: they can subscribe to the membership using their Credit Card Only - Launching Phase.
General Information for Kuwait:
Subscription Fees: 3.5KD/month
Membership is available for Kuwait customers only and for IOS users & Android Users. - Fully Launched.
Benefits: For every order with a basket value of (order start from) 3.5 KD and above for Food Deliveries on all TMP & TGO Vendors & 4.5 KD for other verticals like t-Mart, Groceries, and None Food Verticals, the customer will get:
Unlimited free delivery on orders above KD 4.5 on all TGO and TMP order, tmart, groceries and NFV.
Rewards rolled out in Kuwait: up to 85% of customers
The program works like this in the UAE, users earn points on every order they place in the app, and they can exchange these points for vouchers in the Rewards catalog.
Customers earn 15 points for every 1KD spent on all transactions on Talabat
Pro customers get access to:

talabat mart discount "Flat Discount"
Exclusive lifestyle rewards
New customers will enjoy 14 days of free trials and they will be able to enjoy the t-Pro benefits, On the last day of the trial, tPro customers will be charged 3.5 KD and will be renewed every month afterwards, unless they stop their auto-renewal.
If the subscribes to tPro’s free trial & then cancel their subscription, they will lose their benefits immediately
Starbucks, the beloved pro vendor dropped out from Pro in KW and UAE, and we will Fill out the t-Pro Escalation Form, DO NOT MENTION TO THE CUSTOMER THAT HE WILL BE COMMUNICATED BY THE T-PRO TEAM AS WE NEED TO FILL THE FORM AS AN FYI ONLY.
For Order/Delivery Food Complaints, we will follow the same VIP SOPs without additional compensation.
We will follow the VIP process for all VIP customers.
FYI: Only 10% of the customers will be seeing additional benefits (priority support) on the benefits page, if the customer complained that s/he cannot see this benefit after the registration, we inform the customer that s/he will still enjoy the benefit, and we will Fill out the t-Pro Escalation Form, DO NOT MENTION TO THE CUSTOMER THAT HE WILL BE COMMUNICATED BY THE T-PRO TEAM AS WE NEED TO FILL THE FORM AS AN FYI ONLY.
Multi-Plan Users
New Customers can choose between:
A short-term 1-month plan = 3.5 KD per month.
A longer-term 6-month plan = 15 KD for 6 months.
Customers can compare these plans on the Talabat app under Account >Subscriptions
Existing t-Pro Customers: will not be able to see the new 6 Months Subscriptions plan, and the Upgrade option is not available, so if the existing t-Pro customer ONLY asked how they can upgrade/subscribe to the 6 months plan we will follow the below:
Ask the customer to unsubscribe from their current plan.
Go to the application and select tPro, follow the subscription process and select the 6-month plan.
It's better to follow the above steps before the renewal cycle.

If the new customer requested to downgrade from the 6-month plan to the 1-month plan, we will inform the customer Only when the current subscription "the 6 months" ends, then he could be able to downgrade in his next renewal cycle
Cancellation: Customer can cancel anytime, but you will not get a refund. The full 6-month cycle will run, we will just not automatically renew it next time
Refund: Refunds are only available when the customer proactively asks.
We are launching "Proday" in Kuwait. So every Tuesday, Pro users will receive a free goodie with their order.
Example: if the customer placed an order from Pizza Hut. Every Pro order will receive an additional free Margherita pizza automatically.
So if the customer contacts us about an item they did not order, it is a free goodie because they are a pro customer.
We are sending physical invites to select customers in Kuwait. Any customer who received a physical invite and subscribes through it will receive a 1 month free trial instead of 15 day FT via scanning the code
If the customer faced any issue with the QR, we will fill out the t-Pro Escalation Form and advise the customer that he will be contacted via email within 48 working hours.
