Case Description: Customer contacted us claims that his/her order arrived with missing items, and we found that the order has many items (Big order) and assigned to one rider or more.
To know if more than one rider is assigned to the order:
We can check the deliveries as shown below, and we will be able to see how many riders are assigned for the order and their current status.

More than 1 rider assigned to the order:
If the 2nd order was still within delivery time: Live Order Process >> Order Status >> Check Order Status
If the 2nd order exceeded the delivery time: Live Order Process >> Order Status >> Complain about (Short - Moderate - Severe - Extreme) Delay
Only 1 rider was assigned to the order: Post Delivery >> Wrong / Missing >> Missing item
