Notes:
If the vendor cannot see the order / didn't receive the order, Send the order again from BOA and refresh the BOA.
If the order status was incomplete, refresh the BOA again and you will find that the order status changed to successful (Do not cancel the order).
The only routing method applies for Pickup Orders is 9Cookies, if we found routing method POS, we will apologize to the customer, apply compensation and cancel the order and fill out the below form.
