Check Order Status.
Restaurant is closed:
Contact Driver: Live Order Process >> Cancellation >> Request: Partner closed for pickup
Cancellation Reasons: Vendor closed
Customer cannot locate the vendor location:
Contact Driver: Live Order Process >> Cancellation >> Request: Unable to locate pickup partner
Cancellation Reasons: Vendor location is incorrect
Customer is not aware that this is a Pickup order or Customer aware and changed his mind:
Contact Driver: Request: Changed Mind
Cancellation Reason: Order Modification not possible
Customer is aware that it's a Pickup Order and requested to change it to a delivery order:
Contact Driver:
Customer asked to cancel: Request: Changed Mind
Customer asked to modify and we couldn't take the action: Order Modification not possible
Cancellation Reason: Order Modification not possible
