If the customer still cannot locate the vendor location or the vendor status was closed and the order was within the promised preparation time, we will cancel the order & compensate the customer.

In case of cancellation:
Contact Drivers: Request: Unable to locate pickup partner
Cancellation Reasons: Vendor location is incorrect
