Most of the NFV stores use Pelican System from which they can modify the orders from end either cash or online so no need to change/update the amount from the BOA as the action will be taken from the store directly.
FYI Pelican System: Is the system that the picker use to receive the order, collecting and scan the items before delivering the order.
Notes:
If the order was paid online, the customer will pay the difference in cash, so we need confirm with the store that the customer will pay the difference in cash and inform the customer with the new amount and that s/he will pay the difference in cash.
For the TGO orders, we need to add the new amount in (Special Instructions) on Hurrier.
Steps on Hurrier:
Click on (Edit).
Add the new total amount in (Special Instructions) field.
Click on (Save).
There is no need to call the courier nor send a case to TGO, as the courier gets a notification once the amount is added on Hurrier.

Order Live Process --> Change order details --> Food Items
In case of cancellation:
Cancellation Reason: Order Modification not Possible
