Note:
If we will change the address/phone number: Ask the customer if he wants to save his new address/phone number to the account
If yes, Click on "Save Changes to Customer Data" before clicking "Update".
If no, Don't click on "Save Changes to Customer Data".
Note:
There is no need to call the courier nor send a case to TGO, as the courier gets a notification once the address is modified.
Steps to modify the address from Hurrier
1- Go To Hurrier
2- Press on Edit Button
3- Press Show Zones
4- Enter the new Main Delivery Address (Area & Street only) in Address Line 1 filed.
5- Press Preview
6- Check the new distance
If the new distance is more than 10 KM, Check the utilization from Deliveries
Contact Drivers TMP & TGO:
Address: Order Live Process --> Change order details --> Address
Mobile Number: Order Live Process --> Change order details --> Contact Details
In case of cancellation:
Cancellation Reason: Incomplete/Wrong Address
Contact Driver: Request: Order Modification not Possible
