Duplicate order is triggered when the customer places another order from the same restaurant (even if it's different branch) using the same mobile number within one hour.
Contact Drivers:
Based on the customer's inquiry.
In case of cancellation:
Cancellation Reason: Duplicate Order.
Contact Driver: Request: Duplicated Order.
