Big Order Definition - TMP:
Big order is triggered when the customer places an order in which the total amount of the order is as follows, or exceeds:
- Kuwait: 50 KWD.
- KSA: 600 SAR.
- UAE: 600 AED.
- Qatar: 600 QAR.
- Bahrain: 60 BHD.
- Oman: 60 OMR.
- Egypt: 800 L.E.
- Jordan: average of the basket size for the customer orders.
Big Orders - TGO:
average of the basket size for the customer orders.

The case will be handled by the dispatchers.
Contact Drivers:
Based on the customer's inquiry.
In case of cancellation:
Cancellation Reason: Fake Order.
Contact Driver: Request: Accidental Order.
