In order to give our customers a better experience, The Right Away Guarantee vendors whose orders are delayed by more than 10 mins we will roll out compensation to the customer for 30AED (expiring in 14 days).
The program is launched in UAE, Al Ain only.
If a customer wants to complain that he received his order late we will follow the below process:
