Case Description: Customer contacted us to modify (Add/Remove) his order and it's a TGO Order, We will follow the below process.

Steps on Hurrier:
Click on (Edit).
Add the new total amount in (Special Instructions) field.
Click on (Save).
Note:
There is no need to call the courier nor send a case to TGO, as the courier gets a notification once the amount is added on Hurrier.
Contact Drivers:
Order Live Process --> Change order details --> Food Items
In case of cancellation:
Cancellation Reason: Order Modification not Possible
Contact Driver: Request: Order Modification not Possible
